Like the Freehold of Huntington, the Freehold of Charleston is run by a baron elected by the seasonal courts and report to the Court of Point Pleasant. Also like Huntington they have desires to shift Control from Point Pleasant to their own city. The advantage of such a transition is that this would put them closer to the center of the state and thus could work closer with the Werewolf Tribes of West Virginia. The disadvantage is that this would place them farther from the unique cultural exchange that would be the Freehold of Portsmouth and their Transitional Courts.
