The Owner of Brevoy’s Exchange. He seems to know more about the flow of time in the Hedge in and around the area of Point Pleasant than most people, but is also just as susceptible to its whims. A born and bred hedge creature it is hard to guess his motivations and true allegiances, though he does seem to have a soft spot for the Motley.
